What’s your refund policy?

For eligible purchases, you have 30 days from your date of delivery or in-store purchase to make an exchange or return. You can stop by any of our stores across Canada to do so. Just make sure your item(s) are unopened and unused, and you have your receipt handy.
For returning purchases fulfilled by courier, please reach out to our Customer Service team to get that process started.

What's not eligible for return?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on large items (such as headboards and bedframes), with the exception of mattresses and box springs.

What if I want to return a mattress?

With mattresses, an adjustment period is common, as your body gets used to your new sleep. That’s why we offer a 100-night trial for all of our mattresses. We ask that you give yours a try for at least 21 days, and if you’re sure it’s not the right match for you after that, we’ll exchange it for something you’ll love.

How do you process refunds and exchanges?

All full refunds or balances on exchanges will be returned to you in the original form of payment. Note: if the retail price of the new item(s) you are exchanging for is higher than the ones you returned, you’ll have to pay the difference.

What if my purchase arrived damaged?

Oh no! Please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your delivery—they’ll be happy to assist you.
